Our Michelin starred chefs work with our dietitians and our suppliers to get the most out of the most. The most flavour, the most nutrition, the most balance, the most variety, out of the most carefully reared, most carefully planted, most loved, local produce.

One of our menus will typically include more than 350 ingredients, most of which are whole plants sourced according to season and broken down ourselves in our own kitchens.
